Method of preparation
- Wash the vegetables and cut the aubergine and zucchini into pieces.
- Stick the skewer through the vegetables and thread them into place.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the skewers 5 to 10 minutes on the barbecue.
Serving tip:
For a colourful result, use different colours of Pick-&-Joy® tomatoes and peppers!
