Method of preparation
- Peel and grate three cucumbers en let them drain in a sieve for an hour.
- Mince the two cloves of garlic.
- Mix the drained cucumber with garlic and mix it through the yoghurt.
- Season it with lemon juice, pepper and salt.
- Cut the fourth cucumber into slices and garnish the mixture with it.
Tip:
Serve with a fresh baguette or with gyros for example.
